Boarding Information
We only accept cats that are spayed or neutered
and have a veterinary certificate of current vaccinations.

Business Hours

We are open 6 days a week for your convenience.

There is a charge of $30.00/hour for arrivals or departures outside of our posted hours

We are also closed to the public on the Sunday of any statutory long weekend.

For Christmas 2006 we are open for pick up or delivery Dec 23am, Dec 24am and Dec 28 and 29 8-11am and 4-7pm and Sat Dec 30am.

We are closed Dec 25, 26, 27 and 31. We are open New Years Day.

We base our charges in the same way as the majority of hotels and inns. You can bring your cat during either morning or mid afternoon times posted above. Check out for each day is by 11:00 AM. This gives us the afternoon to prepare the space for the next boarder. If you pick up your cat in the afternoon, you are charged for that day. Because we are available for our clients six days a week, our own personal time becomes very important.
Therefore, there is a charge of $30.00/hour for any arrivals or departures outside of our posted hours.

To allow enough time for any special instructions, paperwork, and settling in of their cats,
clients should arrive no later than a half-hour before our posted closing times.

We do not accept any arrivals or departures on any days or times that we are closed.

Vaccinations
We require all of our clients to bring a record of vaccination for their cat.   This certificate must confirm that the cat's vaccinations are up to date as per the requirements of the client's veterinarian.   If a cat has been revaccinated since its last visit, it is the client's responsibility to furnish a new vaccination record, so that we are made aware that its vaccinations are still current, and so we can update our records. This is for the benefit of all of our clients.   We reserve the right to not accept a cat if its certificate is not up to date or not provided.    Veterinarians furnish a receipt or certificate of vaccination when a cat gets its shots.   They should not be inconvenienced to reconfirm for a client that their cat has been vaccinated.

Veterinary Services
We have the services of four highly qualified veterinary offices as close as ten minutes away. In the unlikely event that your cat needs veterinary services, we will do whatever is necessary to ensure your cat is properly looked after. Veterinary services will be added to your boarding invoice exactly as they are invoiced to us. Our only charge is a nominal fee of $15.00 to transport your cat to the veterinary clinic.

Special Facilities
We have facilities to board larger families of three or four cats together, and suites that can accommodate up to seven or eight. If you have more than 2 cats to board, please contact us for reservations by phone.

Food
You can choose from a huge selection of over eighty different brands or varieties of dry and wet cat food that we keep on hand. All food is included in our boarding rates. Just let us know your cat's requirements when you book with us. If you are boarding more than one cat and they are on different diets, we are happy to serve to their individual needs. However, if it is imperative that they do not eat each other's food because of medication or health/diet issues, then they need to be housed separately.

Medication
We are happy to administer oral medication to your cats while they stay with us. For most oral medication, there is a nominal charge of $2.50 per day.

Fleas
Although we realize that fleas are a fairly common problem, we take a great deal of caution to ensure that our facility remains a safe haven from them so your cat doesn't contract them here. When we accept a cat for boarding, we assume that it comes to us free of fleas or at least without a client's knowledge of their cat having them. If we find that a cat has fleas while in our care, we will take the liberty to treat it with the "Advantage" formula (a highly recommended and effective externally administered formula) and this will be added to your boarding bill. In the past we have as a precaution, administered advantage to other cats adjacent to the cat having fleas and have born the extra cost ourselves as a service to our other clients. Under our new policy the owner of a cat bringing in fleas may be charged for up to four doses of Advantage as a service to the other client’s cats that may be affected, and hopefully as a deterrent to having cats arriving with fleas at all. We have had so few incidents with fleas at our facility that clients need not be concerned about their cats being infected by fleas while staying here.
If you have a concern about fleas, or if you think your cat may have them, we recommend that you use a formula like "Advantage", prior to bringing your cat.

What to Bring
We provide very comfortable bedding, litter and trays, food and dishes. If you wish you are welcome to bring toys, an article of clothing your cat is familiar with, any food you want served that we don't stock, and combs and brushes. Please make note of items you bring to ensure that we return them to you. All items brought are the client’s responsibility. We require you to have all cats either on leashes or in carriers. Though it is our responsibility to provide very secure facilities, and we have designed double and triple backups for this, clients are responsible for getting cats from their cars to and from our buildings, and this can only be done safely when cats are securely transported.

Hygiene
It is common veterinary knowledge that you can never be too careful when it comes to hygiene in the boarding of cats. We go to great lengths to ensure the highest level of sanitation throughout our facilities. There are a number of contagious cat diseases that can be transferred through fecal material and saliva. We therefore thoroughly disinfect all litter boxes, litter scoops, food bowls, and all accommodations to maintain the highest levels of hygiene possible. Though each of our guests is allowed to wander around our facilities several times a day, as a key part of our hygienic practice, we never allow cats that are not from the same family to wander freely with any other cats. Not only vital to hygiene, individual accommodations are crucial in allowing us to properly monitor and maintain the eating and eliminating habits and health of our guests.   It is our constant attention to important details such as hygiene, diet, and the well being of the cats we board that brings our clients back time after time.

Because of the number of contagious illnesses common to cats, we will not accept for boarding any cats that have been diagnosed with any contagious illnesses (such as FIV, FIP, HERPES, or FeLV).   If your cat is sneezing please have it checked by your veterinarian prior to boarding.

Reservations / Peak Season
We suggest you reserve as early as possible for the peak seasons of July, August, and Christmas. In these peak seasons, we require a 3 night deposit by check, Master Card or Visa. If you cancel your reservation more than 21 days prior to your arrival date, this deposit will be refunded. Due to the high demand during peak seasons, it is important that you book enough time in a reservation as there may be no vacancies to extend a stay.
Once a reservation is booked, any reduction of the dates reserved, either arriving or departing, will be charged as reserved to a maximum of three nights for either, unless we receive at least 21 days prior notice.

Boarding Fees
Our daily boarding charges are $10.99 for a standard, $12.25 for a large, and $13.50 for a deluxe single accommodation. Each is a 25% increase in size respectively. Our doubles rent for $19.99 per day which is the total price to board two cats. Doubles rented for one cat are $16.00/day. We have many choices to board multiple cat families; prices are available on request. G.S.T. is added to all boarding costs. We accept payment by cash, check, Visa or Master Card.

Please note:
Our minimum reservation is three nights. In our summer season from June 15 to Sept 30, the minimum is five days. The minimum for Christmas, (Dec 15 to Jan 15), is seven days.
